I’m embarrassed to say I am not familiar with most of the acts. I am very excited to see Jeff Corwin and I will be getting tickets for that! I hope you have a wonderful turn out for all of your shows this season!

Hi Jessica!
No need to feel embarrassed about not being familiar with the acts! In a small theatre like ours, it is an ongoing challenge to attract big name talent because those artists demand huge fees that would mean huge ticket prices. We choose acts that are affordable yet still amazing to see and hear. The thing to keep in mind is that everyone famous got started somewhere, and the talent that we’ve lined up is true talent, even if they aren’t household names. If you would like to take a chance on someone you haven’t heard of before (remember The House Jacks last season and how much you liked them?), I will be glad to help you choose something!
Thanks for checking out our stuff!

I have not been disappointed with any shows I’ve attended either in the Blizzard Center or the “night club”. I’m looking forward to Corky Seigal, Hot Detroit Jazz, and Tumbro. What a great room to hear good music in an intimate atmosphere. I enjoy going to Chicago for good music, but I love the ECC night club. Did I mention the ease of parking?
Hi Jay!
Thanks so much for your comments! We’re pretty proud of our Club series, and it’s really nice to hear that you are too. Thanks for stopping by the blog. Have a great night.

ECC Arts Center
Jay,
I just had dinner with Corky Seigel, his wife and his Chamber Blues Band a couple of weeks ago. I saw them perform at an arts showcase that night, where oddly enough, Randy Sabien made a surprise guest appearance. Corky is real excited about this unique, triple all star pairing with Randy Sabien and Megon McDonough.
You have captured perfectly what the club environment embodies. We are your biggest fan. Thanks for writing us.
